The house exceeded expectations. Beautiful open concept, back yard layout is excellent and cozy. Restaurants, grocery and pharmacy all in walking distance. Communications with owner and property manager was excellent. They were very helpful with Restaurant recommendations. We had 1 minor issue and the response was immediate the night we arrived. Will definitely plan a trip back. Plenty of parking in the driveway. It was spacious for 7 (grandparents, daughter and her fiance and our daughter who was graduating from UCLA Law school).. neighborhood was nice and quiet. Spent a good amount of time in backyard patio equipped with TV, fireplace and bug zapper.

We were recorded getting in and out of our car and alerted about that. There were no chairs in the bedrooms and no luggage racks for our suitcases. For a Vrbo there should be a second king-size bed if you have four bedrooms. As for communication, we had to text the host about the check-in directions as they seem to forget about us on the day we were going. Otherwise, it’s in a nice neighborhood at a cul-de-sac and quiet and a pretty nice property.

A few notes for future guests: Our exterior security cameras are standard practice for guest safety and are positioned to monitor entry points and the driveway only. We also happily accommodated an early check-in for this group, and we apologize that check-in instructions weren't resent proactively that day, something we've since corrected. Luggage racks are a great suggestion and we'll be adding those. Bed configurations and all amenities are detailed in our listing, so we always encourage guests to review those before booking. We're proud of this home and are always working to improve the experience. We'd love to host you again!
