Why they chose this property

Squirrel Hill is a beautiful neighborhood with lovely homes, a vibrant business district and a friendly community. It's very close to all of the Universities and only 5 miles to Downtown. Easily accessible to the stadiums, Point State Park, the Strip District, Shadyside and all that Pittsburgh has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful home has been our family's home-base for more than 50 years. Built in 1920 it has lots of nooks-and-crannies and built-in charm. Plenty of room for gathering and hangin-out. Fully equipped, updated kitchen and bathrooms and washer/dryer. 2 parking spots in rear. The location is exceptional!
