This is home away from home with great ocean breezes and views to enjoy. The location is central and close to everything, Freeway, shops, groceries,restaurants, harbor, beaches, bars etc. This is an ideal place with a two car garage with remote automatic door openers, with direct entry from the garage. It is a very large 1700 sq ft living space with all the amenities of home. Large inside laundry room, fireplace, new recessed lighting with dimmers thoughout, large open dual master bedrooms and baths with Direct TV and all the premium channels in every room. Updated kitchen and baths. It comes with a very tropical feel from the palms in both the front and back yard that provides great privacy. All the rooms have balconies with a great Ocean view from the living room balcony. Vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and lights make for a very spacious feeling with great natual light.
