Why they chose this property
When we saw this home we knew instantly it had so much potential! It offers the perfect balance of peaceful lakefront living and close proximity to local wineries. We especially fell in love with the unobstructed views of the volcano Mnt Konocti. Watching the sun set over the water with the volcano in the background never gets old. It’s a hidden gem that offers both relaxation and adventure, which is exactly what we wanted to share with our guests.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property extra special is the combination of direct waterfront access, a private boat dock, panoramic lake views, and all the amenities you could need, in one place. You can step outside and be right on the water, kayak, paddle board, or spend the day boating or fishing, and then unwind by the fire or hot tub while watching the sunset reflect across the lake. The spacious outdoor areas were designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. Between the incredible views, the peaceful setting, and the convenience of lake access, we genuinely believe it offers one of the best experiences on Clear Lake.
