This house is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need and the backyard is absolutely amazing. If your staying in Loveland this place is a must!!!! I will definitely be staying here again.

I cannot say enough great things about this home and the hosts.I booked this VRBO for my family of 10 during my sister’s Colorado State University graduation. We were originally spread across multiple hotels, but this home allowed us to stay together, cook, play games, watch movies, and spend quality time as a family. Since we’re spread across the country, that was incredibly special.Because the listing was newer with limited reviews, I was initially nervous. The host and co-host went above and beyond, even speaking with me before booking to answer questions and ease my concerns. That level of care is rare.The home is beautiful, spotless, spacious, and feels brand new. We loved the backyard with the hot tub, waterfall, grill, and walking trails. It was also the most thoughtfully stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. The “Forget Me Not” kit, steam closet, makeup wipes, quality towels, and fully equipped kitchen were amazing touches.The hosts also helped accommodate my wheelchair-bound grandmother. The main-floor bedroom worked well for her. For those with mobility concerns, the walk-in shower is not fully ADA accessible, as the shower seat and grab bar are too far from the entrance for some wheelchair users to transfer independently.The location was excellent, close to stores and restaurants while still feeling peaceful.This home exceeded our expectations and was one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. We hope to return!
