Sweet Zilker Studio | Walk to local ATX gems!

A charming studio located in Austin`s premiere Zilker neighborhood, you are just a few minutes walk from some of Austin`s most treasured bars, restaurants, entertainment, and nature!

Just 1.2 miles from Zilker Park, and 2 miles from Downtown Austin, you will find our Studio the perfect home base for exploring all the wonderful things Austin has to offer.

A sweet garage studio with modern, funky, cozy vibes. The studio is intentionally furnished and curated to provide our guests with all the necessities to create a relaxing and comfortable stay. All toiletries, coffee and snacks provided.

Guests will access this backyard studio through a sweet pathway leading to the back of the house. You will walk up the studio stairs to your own charming oasis, outfitted with everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing time in Austin.

Street parking. Permit passes are provided. $200 charge for any lost parking permits.

The Zilker neighborhood is located just south of Zilker Park and Downtown Austin.

It is very kid and pet-friendly, safe, centrally located—and close to parks, good local restaurants, and entertainment.

This is a detached, studio apartment located behind our main house. Our main house may also have an airbnb guest booked during your stay. Guests will need to climb a set of stairs to reach the entrance. There is a popular restaurant behind the house, so you may hear some runoff noise from the hustle bustle nearby.
Quiet after 10pm (We love our neighbors!)
Absolutely no smoking inside.
