Bungalow w Outdoor Oasis. Walkable & Fun Location
Close to everything Austin you want to experience with this lush bungalow and out of the the world patio with outdoor kitchen and sofa. Close to Rainey, Downtown, East Austin bars, restaurants, food trucks and the River Front Walking Path. Relax!
Enjoy our outdoor living space to make Austin memories - hang outside watching TV, BBQ & drinks at the bar!
Our private, stand alone bungalow is a two bedroom, one bath with a fenced patio is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Austin has to offer. Located in a sweet neighborhood but close to downtown. Comfortably sleeps 4, but can also accommodate 5, as the sofa can transition into a bed for extra sleeping space.
The house is absolutely exquisite. New kitchen, furnishings are lovely, and we are attentive to details that make staying away from home comfortable.

Guests will enter on their own with the keyless lock. A message will be sent a few days beforehand with all of the check in information. We live on the east side, so are around if needed.
Parking is off street in the driveway.

Easy pedestrian access, close to everything- walk, scooter, ride share. On street parking is available and is free. There is a car in the driveway.
Guest parking includes ONE driveway spot. (The owners car is parked in other driveway space.) There is additional on street parking available a few blocks down.
