This attractive vacation home awaits its guests in the small village of Beneci, near Labin. It is equipped with modern and high-quality furniture and appears bright, spacious and friendly. The house is child-friendly, your children will find toys. Thanks to air conditioning you will have the right temperature here in every season.



The heated outdoor pool is a highlight of this vacation home, you also have a fully equipped outdoor kitchen at your disposal. The lawn in the garden is regularly watered.



The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for excursions: visit the medieval town of Labin, Rabac with beautiful pebble beaches and a beautiful beach promenade, from there you can take a guided boat trip in the summer. You can explore the surrounding villages by bike.

Wir haben dieses spezielle Haus ausgewählt, weil wir ein neueres Haus etwas außerhalb von Städten

Wir haben dieses spezielle Haus ausgewählt, weil wir ein neueres Haus etwas außerhalb von Städten wollten mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Badezimmern. Auch ein schöner Pool war uns wichtig. Hinzu gekommen ist eine komplette Aussenküche mit allen Einrichtungen vom Grill bis zum Tiefkühlschrank.Gefunden haben wir ein schönes Haus, dass diesen Bedingungen voll entsprochen hat. Es gab kleine Probleme bei der Anmeldung, weil keiner zur Übergabe vor Ort war, aber das wurde gelöst. Leider hatten wir auch ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, weil das Kondensat aus der Wand herunterlief, weil beim Bilderaufhängen die Leitung angebohrt wurde. Aber am 2.Tag abends wurde das Problem beseitigt.Es gab sicherlich Verbesserungspotential bei der Pflege des Hauses und der Instandhaltung. Leider wurden die Terrassenmöbel wohl nie zur Seite geschoben, um darunter zu putzen. Leider mussten wir die WC-Spüleinrichtung an 2 WC befestigen, da Halterung abgebrochen war. Leider wurde eine Zusage für eine Weinprobe als Wiedergutmachung für die Mängel nicht eingelöst. Insgesamt war unsere Bewertung, dass es ein sehr schönes Haus ist mit einer super Grundsubstanz und Ausstattung, das nur etwas mehr Engagement in der Pflege und Instandhaltung bedarf.
