Deerfoot Duo is located in a quiet, low-density mountain community just minutes from the heart of Gatlinburg. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, private setting while still being close to the area’s most popular attractions, making it ideal for guests who want both relaxation and convenience.



From this location, you’re a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, home to top restaurants, shops, breweries, and attractions like Anakeesta, SkyLift Park, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, and the Gatlinburg Space Needle. The Sugarlands Visitor Center and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park are also nearby, offering easy access to hiking trails, scenic drives, and outdoor adventures.

Downtown Gatlinburg, local attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants are all just a short drive away. During peak seasons, GPS may provide alternate routes that help reduce time spent in traffic. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available in the area, though availability may be limited during late hours or high-demand periods.



Other Things to Note:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.



✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.



✹ Please note, the fire pit on the deck is unavailable due to local fire marshal regulations, but you can still stay warm inside while enjoying the stunning views through large windows!



✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at nearby stores.
