This beautifully remodeled beach bungalow is completely new and full of amenities including professionally laundered bedding, ample towels, a new kitchen with a coffee station, an eat-in area and more. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and more. Marvel at the wild parrots while you grill your favorite meal in a lush park like setting. Larger group? Ask about renting both sides of the duplex together for 4 bedrooms 3 baths!

The space
This home is fully remodeled from top to bottom. The kitchen has an everything you will need for your stay. The master has a king bed, and a 55” smart tv. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a stone topped vanity. You will also enjoy in-suite laundry, and a smart tv. Outside there is furniture on a private patio in the rear, and a park style picnic table on the beach side. There is also a park style charcoal grill with all necessary grill utensils.
