We absolutely loved this ...

We absolutely loved this property! It is based in a beautiful shopping precinct with cafes right outside the door. It is an attic property that is full of interesting angles and wonderful spaces. The furniture and fittings are extremely well made and the bath and sauna are absolutely amazing and perfect after a long walk. It was very well stocked with all the essentials and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable week in a beautiful part of the world.

Wohlfühlen im Urlaub von Anfang an

Die Wohnung ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Habe eben vor dem Schreiben dieser Worte noch einmal die hinterlegten Bilder angesehen, wir haben das wirklich alles so vorgefunden wie es auch die Bilder zeigen (also zum Glück bis auf den Schnee im Juli ;-)) Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit und man merkt, dass die Vermietung mit sehr viel Herzblut und Liebe angegangen wird. Die ganze Wohnung ist ein gelungener Mix aus neu und alt und das alles mit sehr wertigem Mobiliar. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. In Lana ist vieles fußläufig gut zu erreichen, da die Wohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone liegt. Bäckereien, Käserei, Restaurants, Kneipen, Eisdielen oder Supermärkte zu Fuß in deutlich unter fünf Minuten zu erreichen, d.h. auch die tägliche Versorgung vor Ort ist bequem möglich. Die Wohnung liegt im vierte Stock (und das Treppensteigen ist nach kurzer Zeit gar kein Thema mehr), dafür hat man auch einen wunderschönen Blick Richtung Meran und die umliegenden Berge.

Tolle Wohnung mit Sauna zum Entspannen !

Absolutes Wohlfühlobjekt ! Alles sehr gepflegt, mit netter, gemütlicher Einrichtung. Die Highlights sind natürlich die Cabrio-Wanne und die Sauna. Wir haben schöne, entspannte Tage verbracht. Netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern Angela und Peter. Die Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen !

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlage in absolut zentraler Lage.Liebevoll dekoriert und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die 78 Stufen bis zur Eingangstüre.

Wie immer wurden wir durch den Vermieter sehr liebevoll empfangen. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Ortsteil von Lana war wieder sehr ruhig und erholsam.

Wunderschön - traumhafter Blick

Die Fewo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - eine tolle Kombi von modern und antik. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist ein besonderes Erlebnis, nach einem Saunagang gemütlich und entspannt auf der Liege zu liegen und durch das Dachflächenfenster auf Lana und die Berge zu schauen. die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, wobei besonders die "Traube" mit reichhaltiger, auch saisonaler Auswahl südtiroler Küche zu empfehlen ist. Auch ein "Spar" ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Man sollte fit sein, da die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt und alles hochgetragen werden muss. Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Angela Ladurner packt mit an und hilft, das Gepäck mit hoch- und herunter zu tragen. Sie ist immer per Handy erreichbar und gibt gute Tipps und Infos. Lana ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Vigiljoch, ins Ulten- und Passeiertal. Meran ist völlig problemlos mit dem Bus erreichbar. Generell fahren die Busse in kurzen Abständen in alle umliegenden Orte. Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen.

Absolut traumhaft

Waren zum zweiten mal in der tollen blauen Wohnung und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Top Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett. Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall die Tiefgarage, das tolle Bad und die Sauna. Ach, es ist einfach alles da , was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer absolut tollen Gegend braucht. :-) Kerstin und Alex

Traumhaft eingerichtet und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben hier unseren absoluten Favoriten gefunden. Eine Wohnung die modern und sehr liebevoll und pfiffig eingerichtet ist und somit keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Ob Sauna und Bad unter freiem Himmel oder begehbarer Kleiderschrank, es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll arrangiert. Lana selbst, ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit vielen tollen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Freizeitangeboten zwischen Bozen und Meran. Wir kommen wieder. Traumurlaub

Die Wohnung ist genau so wunderbar wie die Fotos zeigen. Sehr schön war nach der eigenen Sauna auf der nicht einsehbaren Terrasse zu entspannen oder in der Badewanne bei geöffnetem elektrischem Schiebefenster praktisch im Freien zu liegen. Super war auch unsere E-Bikes in der abgeschlossenen Einzeltiefgarage laden zu können. Unser A3 passte auch mit Heckträger hinein. Die Fahradtouren auf den hervorragenden Fahradwegen waren toll. Das beste Lokal ist übrigens die Traube in Mittellana mit überragenden Spargelgerichten. Wir werden gerne mal wiederkommen, wenn wir es schaffen überhaupt einen Termin zu ergattern, also frühzeitig anmelden!

Tolle Wohnung & Vermieter

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Traumhafter Ausblick vom Bad , Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine super große und bequeme Sauna ist auch noch drin👍 Das Ganze wurde abgerundet durch die tollen Vermieter. Wohlfühloase

Gleich beim Reinkommen, fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung und einem kleinen Rundgang fing unser Urlaub so richtig an. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, nur noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Das Bad - der Knaller; vor allem der Ausblick. Wir fanden sogar eine nagelneue Küche vor; von daher waren wir nicht oft essen, sondern haben lieber selber gekocht. Geschirr und Besteck waren reichlich vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Dieses war definitiv die sauberste Wohnung, die wir je gehabt haben. Sie ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, wie z. B. Meran oder Bozen; ganz besonders gefielen uns die Gärten Trautmannsdorff und Sigmundskron sowie Wanderungen entlang der Waale oder aber auf den Hausberg Virgiljoch. Auch der Ort Lana an sich war ganz entzückend. Alles war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Reichlich Idylle boten auch die Orte Schenna und das Dorf Tirol. Resümee: Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen sicherlich bald mal wieder! Birgit & Klaus aus Niedersachsen

Toller Blick in die Berge

Nach langer Anreise aus Dresden wurden wir durch den sehr freundlichen Empfang der Vermieter sowie die herrliche Aussicht "über den Dächern von Lana" belohnt. Alles fanden wir so vor, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist sehr vielfältig, und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Wenn man will, kann man hoch hinaus, aber es gibt auch weniger anstrengende Wandermöglichkeiten (z.B. Waalwege). Sind die Tage etwas schlechter, gibt es in der Wohnung eine Sauna. Die Wohnung ist mitten in Lana, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die separate Garage für`s Auto ist auch praktisch. Sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter. D. & J.

"Eine tolle Wohnung in der man sich bei Regen auch einmal einigeln kann. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die zentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone erlaubt Zugang zu Supermärkten und einer Reihe von Restaurants zu Fuss. Eine schöne Umgebung zum Wandern und Besuchen in Meran."

"La "casa che sfiora il cielo e accarezza le montagne" è immersa nel silenzio, nei profumi delle essenze.... Ha tutto ciò che occorre per non desiderare di allontanarsi.. Solo lo splendido scenario esterno ti tenta e ti porta per qualche ora lontano.. Come le montagne che la circondano devi faticare un pochino per arrivare in cima, ma una volta arrivati lo spettacolo ripaga lo sforzo.."

"Une destination idéale pour les vacances hivernales en amoureux : le magnifique apparetement bien équipé, des paysages pitoresques des montagnes et des valées, la proximité de bonnes stations de ski, le village de Lana très sympatique et la ville de Meran à quelques kilomètres, tout ceci vous séduit dès les premiers instants. "Un alloggio davvero confortevole che ti fa sentire a casa tua e che ci ha permesso di trascorrere un soggiorno gradevole nonstante il tempo sia stato davvero inclemente. Notevole la location nel cuore del centro storico della graziosa, tranquilla e ordinata Lana. Il giovedi serate musicali (di qualità) con negozi aperti lungo la via sottostante. E'' presente un pttimo negozio di alimentari a due passi e l''appartamento dispone di un comodo garage chiuso. Complimenti a Peter e Ulriche (i proprietari) che hanno messo tutto il loro amore per rendere davvero unica questa chicca. Ottima, infine, la sauna privata. "
