This spacious 180m² vacation home is located in Campanet, a quiet town in northeastern Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, television, and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and offers a baby bed and a highchair (upon request). Guests can enjoy the spectacular mountain view from their balcony or relax in the spacious outdoor area which boasts a furnished garden and a covered and open terrace, as well as a grill and pool with outside showers, all private features. Restaurants, bars, and other shops are located 5 to 15 minutes (1 to 18 km) by car from the property and beaches along the island's beautiful seafront, such as Platja de Cala Barques and Plaja de Muro, are about a 20 to 30 minute (20 to 25 km) drive away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers over 110 cycling routes and there are many hiking locations, such as the Puig Son Villa, just a 10 minute (10 km) drive. Campanet is also known for its natural caves; Campanet Caves, which offers guided tours, is just 11 minutes (5 km) away by car. Visitors can also view the spectacular rushing waters of the Fonts Ufanes, a natural spring in the midst of a wildlife park just a 10 minute (10 km) drive from the home. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a little over 30 minutes (45 km) away by car.

Pros: This finca is a wonderful place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The only sound that can be heard from some distance is the sound of goat bells. The finca is very large and has with its 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) and its 2 bathrooms enough space for 6 people. On the upper floor is a huge sun terrace, on the lower level is a shaded lounge. The pool is large and very clean thanks to the care of the owner. While relaxing in the pool you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the panorama of the Tramuntana mountains. Beautiful sunrises / sunsets offer plenty of photo opportunities. The nearest larger supermarket is in Inca, smaller stores and nice restaurants can be found in Campanet. Many thanks to the landlord for a wonderful time. We will come again. Finally, a small tip: The rental car should not be too large and especially wide select. Part of the public road to the property is very narrow. Our Hyundai Tucson just fit through (with mirror 2.13m
