Brilliant villa. Great location and fantastic oitlook on to the mountains. Quiet area but just a short walk into town. Hosts were brilliant. Great communication and the villa was spotless when we got there. Probably the best place we have stayed at in the Pollenca area.

Great Villa

The villa is in a great location with spectacular views. It is well equipped and in excellent condition. The owners parents live next door and are lovely people. We had a great time and would give our experience a 5 star rating. Hope to return next year.

Amazing family stay

From booking the property through to arriving anything was so well managed. David and Catalina were welcoming and their property was well suited to our family stay. The property was very clean and tidy. The views of the hills are amazing. All our needs were catered for, from a high chair to cot. The facilities are great and very up to date. We will look forward to staying again!

Highly recommend!

It really was a 'wow' moment when we arrived! The extensive outdoor space was exceptional, and we enjoyed sitting under the large shaded terrace and cooling off in the pool. The surrounding area was beautiful and tranquil with views of the mountains. Again a very spacious and well equipped interior, comfortable beds A/C in bedrooms so all slept well. Just a 20 min walk to the port with restaurants and beaches. We hired a car from the airport and enjoyed exploring further afield. Above all, the hosts were very kind and helpful, a lovely family- thank you. I would definitely recognise this villa, it's a tranquil oasis for a perfect holiday.

Villa Cuadara was perfect. We travelled as a family of three (with a six year old) and the villa was exactly as expected, if not better. Excellent and efficient communication with David prior to arriving and throughout our stay. David’s father lives next door and is an absolute gem. We hired a car so the location was perfect for the bigger supermarkets and beach without having to walk. Parking is free at the beach which was a bonus. Would recommend going to Cala St Vincent and if you don’t mind a hair raising drive to Formentor.We will definitely be back.

La Cuadra June 2023

Our family of 5 (all over 18) had a lovely time at David’s villa. Plenty indoor and outdoor space plus the pool and ping pong and all an easy 15 min walk to Puerta de Pollensa down residential roads. David and his father were great hosts with lots of restaurant and trip recommendations and cleaning the pool daily. All in all, we would highly recommend La Cuadra. Thankyou!!

Lovely villa

Villa Cuadra was an ideal choice for us and exceeded expectations in that the owners are continually looking for ways to improve the experience of their guests and the actual villa is better than the online photos. The location is ideal, being within walking distance of the port but very peaceful and with lovely views. The villa is well equipped with everything you might need, David is at the other end of the phone and Antonio, his father, lives next door and is easily contactable for help and advice. All in all a fab holiday and would be happy to return.

Fabulous villa!

We stayed at this fantastic villa last week. It was spotless both inside and out. David was there to greet us despite our very late arrival and was exceptionally helpful with any questions we had. Lovely location

We had a lovely stay at the Villa and were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. It was very close to the centre of Port de Pollenca which was easy to walk to. The only problem we encountered was with the cot for our 8 month old. One night part of the cot collapsed and our daughter fell out but luckily wasn’t hurt. Our host was very good and sourced us another cot quickly but we would recommend that the original cot be replaced as we think it is no longer fit for purpose.

Eins vorweg: wer Nachtleben sucht: weitersuchen. Wer wandern und Ruhe sucht, wem 15 Minuten zum Enkaufen oder zum 'Pinewalk' zu Fuß einfach Spaß machen: buchen. Ein Auto ist insgesamt in dieser Gegend zu empfehlen. Das Haus liegt schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Falls nicht, ist Hilfe in Form des liebenswerten Toni unaufdringlich nebenan. Viel Stauraum für alles in den Zimmern, bequeme Matratzen, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten überall; eine kleine Küche. Im April je nach Wetter natürlich nicht der kuscheligste Ort, konnten wir trotzdem den gepflegten Pool nutzen und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt!

Haus, Pool und Gesamtgrundstück sehr gut. Bemerkenswert die riesige, regengeschützte Terrasse.

Wir reisten mit 5 Personen (Erwachsene) an und waren schwimmen (Meer und Pool), wandern und radfahren. Fußweg zum Strand ca. 20 Min. Diverse Lokalitäten am Strand; Wasser ok. Publikum hauptsächlich englisch und spanisch. Villa Cuadra sowie Port de Pollenca können wir weiterempfehlen!

Wonderful villa in excellent location

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Cuadra with 6 people (grand parents, parents and teenage kids). The house and the garden are very spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. David and his family are excellent hosts, we felt very welcome, and they brought us fresh fruits from their own garden. The location is very quiet a bit outside the lovely town of Porto de Pollensa. The city center, a big supermarket and great beaches are all in walking distance. We had a rental car and made some excursions, but the Villa is also adequate if you want to use only bicycle or public transport. David and his father gave us many tips for good restaurants and excursions. The area of Pollensa is fantastic for hiking, cycling and beaches

Extended Family Holiday in August 2022

The property is as described and even better. Pool was spotless and David's Dad ensured it was kept so all of the holiday. David and his Dad could not have been more friendly and nothing was a trouble to them. Aircon in the bedrooms was very efficient and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep during very hot weather. Quiet area but only a 20 minute walk into town. Very happy with the Villa and no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Family holiday with infants.

David and his family were extremely helpful and hospitable. Staying so close by to the property gave you a feeling of safety and security as the property is it is in a quiet residential area with amazing views of the countryside and majestic mountains, quite stunning and a delight to wake up to and beautiful skies at night. The property has all the amenities you would expect and a wonderful pool area which is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend a car if you have a small family as it's about a 20-25 minute walk into the main Port of Pollensa. The photos of the property are a very fair reflection of the accommodation. We will be back next year for sure or even at the end of season :-)
