Stunning apartment in Friedrichskoog

Welcome to this bright holiday apartment near the Wadden Sea.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is ideal for a small family with a pet or two couples. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the beautiful living room you can warm up in front of the fireplace after a long walk in the sea air and end the day with an evening of television. The living room leads directly into the dining area.



When the sun is shining, the balcony with garden furniture invites you to spend relaxing hours in the fresh air.



After a short walk (500 metres), you can reach the sea and the sandy beach, where you can spend some quality time with the family. The surrounding area also offers mini golf, bike hire and a playground. Children will love the seal station!

***As part of the necessary dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be given a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to withstand the demands of climate change. The beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will NOT be usable during the entire construction period.



The spa park will also be redesigned from autumn 2023 and additional facilities will be added. These include, for example, a widened dyke crown path, spacious terraces including a panorama box and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From spring 2024, the completed event and play area of the spa park is expected to provide a varied alternative to the bathing beach.



Friedrichskoog will become even more attractive for you, but unfortunately this will not be possible without noise, dirt and road restrictions. We ask for your understanding ***

Vorsicht vor falschen Angaben - ganz mieser Kundenservice

Unterkunft war gut. Allerdings mussten zusätzliche Kosten beim Vermieter bezahlt werden, obwohl diese Dienstleistungen in der Anzeige enthalten waren. Kundenservice ist das ALLERLETZTE, soviel Zeit für Hilfe verbracht und keinerlei Gutschriften erhalten! Ich werde hier nie wieder buchen und niemanden eine Empfehlung für FEWO Direkt aussprechen!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Man kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Sie war sauber, großzügig von den Räumlichkeiten zugeschnitten und sehr einladend. Uns hat es an "Nichts" gefehlt.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, gleich hinterm Deich mit toller Einrichtung, es fehlte an nichts. Perfekter Ort um Ausflüge zu starten. Rewe war sogar Sonntag geöffnet.
