About this property

Our beautifully furnished condo is located in highly desirable location of Pawleys Island, SC. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with beautiful golf courses, beaches and restaurants nearby. The condo is a spacious ground floor unit (approx 1900 sq ft) with WiFi, 10 ft ceilings, beautiful crown molding, washer/dryer, 2 screened in patios, internet network, e-print HP printer and more. It has been completely repainted, and has new flooring in the living/dining room areas. All bedrooms have been recarpeted as well. Onsite Greenhaven pool is a 60 second walk.

As our guest, you will have access to Litchfield By The Sea Resort. Amenities include free private beach access, lighted tennis courts, bike paths and outdoor pools. The resort offers a Spa with various services for fees, restaurant and Starbucks. Litchfield By The Sea is located less than a mile from condo

The condo has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with kings (that you can separate into twins) and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, 2 of which have a DVD player.

The fully furnished kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a bar with stools. Dining table has 6 chairs.

Living room has a couch, loveseat and 2 chairs with a flat screen TV. We also have plenty of Stuart Woods and John Grisham books, puzzles and board games (Monopoly and Clue) for those rainy days (if we have any).

Also, this unit has the ability to be separated into 2, 2-bedroom units with a lockout feature.

Within walking distance, there is a shopping center with a grocery store, several restaurants, nail salon, and other specialty stores. You can access and play on 8 great golf courses, all located within a 5-10 minute drive.

Brookgreen Gardens is less than 2 miles.
Huntington Beach State Park is approx. 3 miles.
Myrtle Beach Attractions is within a 30 min drive.
Historic Georgetown is within a 15 min drive.

The Condo was perfectly located to the Golf Courses that we played. There are bars, restaurants, and a grocery store located within the Complex. We ate breakfast each morning at Eggs Up Restaurant. Very convenient. A perfect golf trip.

Wonderful Girls' Weekend

The home is perfect for a group or family vacation. The split floorplan allows seperation and privacy for your guests. We found everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the home gave a very welcoming feel. The host provided excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. Our stay at Pawleys Island was one for tge memory books.

Great location for Mother/Daughter Weekend

My 2 daughters and I enjoyed staying at the condo. It was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and to all the clothing consignment shops that we shop at every year.

Wonderful condo.

This condo was perfect for a group of men on an annual golf trip. It was clean, extremely well stocked and very comfortable. Perfect place in the Litchfield area. Very close to multiple golf courses and restaurants.

About the host

Currently we are living in the upstate of South Carolina, and we are very pleased to now own this property in Pawleys Island. It is the best of many worlds including golf access as well as being near the beach. This area is very quiet, but close enough to Myrtle Beach for the hustle and bustle. Originally we are from Kentucky and Arkansas.

Why they chose this property

We have always enjoyed this area of the South Carolina beaches, and the opportunity came at the right time. We looked at approximately 40 other properties during our search, but ended up here for the reasons stated earlier.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property additionally for the size (approx. 1900 sq. ft., with 4 BR) to accommodate our family gatherings and to provide others with a place large enough such that your party can all stay together.
