This property offers 1 king bedroom 1 full bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, and office with a cozy sofa bed in the main house. 1 queen bedroom 1 full bath under the main house with a screened in florida room TV and sofas. Laundry room with storage and extra refrigerator all under the main house. A detached guest house that makes up the third bedroom and bathroom on this property which consists of 1 queen bed and 1 full bathroom, sofa and TV, with a screen porch upstairs and screened in florida room underneath and commercial ice machine. Guest house and Main house all located on 1 acre property. Every couple or family member will have their own space for comfort. The property offers a fully fenced in yard with gates, screened in porch upstairs out the back door with stairs that lead you to the lower pool deck with table, chairs and loungers just off the above ground pool. Large yard with plenty of parking. Property located on a boatable canal to accommodate up to a 25-foot boat and within 10 minutes to closest grocery store. We hope you will enjoy the peacefulness and relaxing time we have spent on this property. It is truly a very unique property in this area.
