The house was unlocked, lights on & a pile of dirty linens on the floor when we arrived. The jets in the bathtub & shower didn't work/or it's next to impossible to figure out. I was told the kids could rent kayaks but they couldn't because it was out of season, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Thanks for your feedback, Sarah. I sincerely apologize for the condition of the unit upon your arrival - that's not the standard we hold ourselves to. We've addressed these issues with our cleaning team and will make sure seasonal activity availability is communicated more clearly going forward.

Host very responsive and helpful. Place exactly how described. Short walk to the closest chair lift or short drive to main lodge.Gps location very general so a little confusing on where the unit actually is

Wonderful stay. The tv is way too hard to work. It was a pain but we had our iPads. Ran out of tp. We had to purchase some. Also there was no dish rags. The keurig coffee was a nice touch. Love the art work. We would return.

Very nice unit. Communication was wonderful. I would suggest you make it clear there is a Keurig not a coffee pot. Also safety bars in the bathtubs would be a good idea as short / older people have trouble with stepping in and out of the deep tubs to shower. I know I I is not a handicap accessible unit but the stool in the front bathroom should be taller.
