The Space:

This bright cozy, freshly remodeled Gulf-front vacation unit will have all the feeling of home away from home. Starting with the Master bedroom, enjoy the view of the Gulf from the direct access to the private balcony. Master bathroom is very spacious with his and hers sink, separate Jacuzzi and shower. In the living room, the guest can enjoy the full view of the Gulf as well from the balcony. The balcony will have patio furniture. The dining area will have a table that will seat 6 people, plus 4 extra bar stools by the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher; stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a washer and dryer are available in the unit. There is an extra den inside the condo that has a queen-size bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom will be at the back of the unit and will have their own bathrooms as well.

Fall Family vacation

Nice View and Spacious

Condo did not disappoint on the view and space. However, we could not enjoy the beach due to seaweed. I think adding a note regrading the beach conditions, if known, would help a guest better understand what to expect. Again, if that's not a concern, this condo would be great!

The unit had plenty of space and great view.

The unit wasn’t clean Properly before our arrival. The floors were dirty , hairs in the bathroom.. The kitchen needs additional utensils. We had to buy and donate oven mitt, dish rag, and spatula.

Girls weekend

Our party of six stayed in this condo unit for a long weekend. This four bedroom, three full bath condo is spacious and comfortable, with a nice beach decor. The condo has been well-maintained and nicely updated. The beds in the unit were all comfortable. A washer and dryer within the unit is also convenient. The large balcony overlooks the pool area, and the property has direct beach access. Each condo unit comes with two beach chairs and one umbrella, but you can rent more if needed for a reasonable price from the beach attendants. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but we choose to not cook much while on vacation. The condo management was helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. This condo resort property has two large pool areas with plenty of beach chairs. There are also hot tubs on site along with a splash pad for kids. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would return to this property again without question.

Family getaway

This unit was lovely for our group of 8 adults. The building was easy to get to, pools were amazing and the ease of getting out to the beach was wonderful. I walked down to the beach several times a day especially to watch the sunrise and sunset. The view from our balcony was great, nice chairs to relax and sip a favorite beverage. We even saw dolphins swimming off shore! The unit also has washer and dryer. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. We encountered several maintenance issues during our stay that were quickly resolved by the maintenance team. A couple other things I would recommend for improvement would be to consider replacing the mattresses, adding silverware to the kitchen (there were about 6 spoons for a unit that is supposed to sleep 10), consider having beach towels available in the unit. After we arrived, we noted that one of the showers had long black hair stuck to the tile on the wall and one of the beds had a dirty fitted sheet on it. Overall this is a fantastic unit in a wonderful location and I definitely am considering returning again!

The View!

This condo has an incredible view from the living room and master bedroom. The 4th floor balcony is huge and many of us would just sit out there and take it all in. Coffee every morning on the balcony was a treat. The location was great. We walked to Alvin’s for beach gear, Stewbys for dinner and ice cream at the put put place. The condo could really use some TLC. The balcony furniture is shot. The kitchen lacked many items making it a little frustrating when preparing meals. The refrigerator drawers are falling apart. A lot of little details that couid be so much better. The owners could easily make this a way better experience. Would be nice to have a wagon in the condo for beach gear. What about beach towels? We flew from Colorado and didn’t have any extra room to pack items like this. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working and Vacasa was on top of it and we had the issue resolved the same day. Overall it was a great stay!

Spacious Condo Right on the Beach

My family of 11 enjoyed our weekend getaway to Fort Walton Beach. Azure's staff, Afterhours service & maintenance team were very responsive & welcoming the entire time. We checked in after hours but had no problems - we realized we needed additional sheets & pillowcases for the trundle bed and there was a lock box called "linens" just for situations like ours. The property was well maintained & you could see them visibly throughout. The 2 pools provided space & relaxation without being overcrowded. The condo was spacious with 4 BRs & 3BAs - everyone was comfortable. I did not give 5 Stars because the furniture could be replaced/refreshed, base boards could be repainted, grout in the master shower could be scrubbed, the rug in the living room could be replaced, balcony furniture could be replaced, there were flat screens in every room except 1 BR but it did work. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the view was amazing. You can leave your balcony door open, close the screen & listen to the waves hitting against the shore. We will definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo & the Azure property!

Great family experience!

First time staying on Okaloosa Island but it will not be the last! We stayed with our 2 daughters (5 & 8) and some good family friends and their 3 small daughters (4, 9, 11). Had the best time! We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach/pool or straight across the street for mini golf/ice cream/dinner. Totally different vibe from 30a but refreshingly more walking-accessible. The unit was as advertised with plenty of room for all of us. The bunk bedroom was awesome and worked well for our needs. Downsides were the mattresses were all uncomfortable… thin and hard. And no real blanket/comforter on top. All the bedding was paper thin. But it’s the beach and it’s hot so I get it! Also as other reviews have noted there are very few spoons. So odd. The kitchen could really use a boost of flatware. We got plastic spoons at Publix though and it served us just fine. Refrigerator also had drawers that were broken or sort of falling apart. Other than those random things the condo was wonderful! None of those issues (except the uncomfortable mattresses) materially affected our stay. We will definitely return and stay in this unit if available!

Great view and location, however...

The condo was a great space for my family of 10. The view and location were great. A few things that were unsatisfying were that the floors were dirty (2 toddlers with black feet after walking on floors for short period of time). When I received a text asking about the cleanliness, my response was that the floors were dirty, and in turn they replied to ask if I was able to clean them. I said yes, because I was done being bothered on my first day of vacation. The texts and calls continued asking about the floors so I decided to let them come and clean them. Every time they offered did not work out well for our schedule, (either it was raining and we were in the room, or our 2 toddlers were asleep, so the floors never got cleaned. The kitchen was lacking some essentials such as oven mits, and utensils and the refrigerator is missing shelving. The furniture could use a good cleaning as well. About day 2 or 3 there, the babies both developed allergy like symptoms with runny nose, cough, watery eyes and stuffiness, so that was a bummer. On the last day there, we notices mold on the ceiling of the bunk room and after looking around some more, there was mold on all of the air vents. I sent an email that day and included pictures of the mold. I have still not received a response from that email which has now been 3 days. Overall, our time spent was good and again the view and location was wonderful, however I would not choose this specific condo again.
