A coastal paradise is at your doorstep in this one-bedroom condo at Lasata of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. After days of sun and fun, relax on the private furnished balcony offering tranquil, tree-lined views. Bright and inviting, the home comes well-equipped for modern comfort with central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Prepare a meal in the well-equipped full kitchen to enjoy at the dining table for three and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The living room has a sofa bed for an additional sleeping option.



Lasata is in The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a renowned entertainment area packed with unique shops and dining options and the host of numerous outdoor events. The beach is accessible right from the resort grounds, maximizing the time you can spend on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Guests of this home will also have access to the complex's numerous shared amenities, including a 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool, gym, 15 tennis courts, and three golf courses. Tram passes are provided.

Great Location, wonderful property

Clean property, well maintained. We walked every evening for dinner. We watched live music one evening and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Spring break trip

My wife and I stayed at this property for a quick spring break trip for just the two of us. It was the perfect location and you can’t go wrong with the San Destin resort. This property had a great view of the forest and marina. There are a ton of ponds and I went fishing each morning and caught some big ones. The trails and walk ways are excellent. There is no need to go anywhere really because there are good dining choices within walking distance. Beach is a 3 minute drive over to the beach side parking lot. Each staff member we encountered were very friendly. Would stay again/

Pretty ok

First thing that has to be addressed is the mattress situation. Please have this replaced immediately, the mattress has long expired. I suggest replacing the sofa bed as well. The air mattress we brought with us was the best bed in the house. We rented this unit for 7 days and 6 nights so the bedding was quite uncomfortable and hard to power through for that many days. Secondly, the garage access code was more of a hassle than it should have been and Vacasa should have done a better job at getting the link to me. It took 24 hours for a registration code to be correctly sent to my email address. Overall, the unit is in great shape. The location is ideal for walkability to Baytowne Wharf.
