The Space:

Enjoy wide views of the city, pool, tennis courts, and the Gulf from this condo's living room and private furnished balcony. Cook up snacks and meals in the full kitchen, set up for you with a dishwasher, French door refrigerator, and the pots and pans you need. The condo's hallway design sets the bedrooms all at one end, so you can chat in the spacious living room without fear of waking up guests who need a nap. Plug in using the high-speed internet, while enjoying the cool breeze of the central air-conditioning! Each bedroom includes a TV and an entrance to the balcony, so views and fresh air are just steps away. Refresh in the shower after a day at the beach (one includes grab bars for convenience). A pool that is heated year round is among the shared amenities, in addition to a hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis and basketball courts. Have dinner at Royal Palm Grille, the restaurant based on the first floor. There's so much to enjoy at this Miramar Beach retreat!



The beach is located across the street, and guests can access it via the sky bridge. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) five-and-a-half miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just three-and-a-half miles from this condo.
