We enjoyed our stay. The side facing balcony does not get a lot of breeze. The balcony door is hard to open. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels. The beach and view was amazing. We would stay at EmerldSurf again but with an oceanfront view!

Loved this property! Spoke with on site manager during routine pest control, very friendly, helpful. Had issues with the WIFI, but help was sent out ,very prompt. Highly recommend!

Communication with the host was extremely poor. Check in was not a smooth process - we were told to check in at an off site office and if there wasn't anyone there that our welcome pack would be in a box, that didn't happen. We went to the rental hoping that everything would be ok. it was not. The temperature in the unit was 78 degrees when we arrived. Thought maybe it was due to the door being open while we brought in our stuff. Decided to go get our groceries thinking it would cool down while we were gone, it did not, temp had gone to 79 degrees. Contacted Avari Mgmt, they sent a HVAC technician out, he was in the unit for less than 5 minutes, said he was going to look on the roof. He never returned with information. Received a phone call from Avari that the AC unit needed to be replaced and offered a different location, 30 minutes away. Needless to say, we didn't move as we wanted to be in Navarre Beach. Long story short, we found a different place and requested a full refund for this rental. I cannot stress enough how POOR the communication was throughout our ordeal. Will never rent through Avari again.
