The Space:

This home is part of Grand Panama Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, a great place to enjoy a fun-filled vacation with friends and family. You'll be across the street from Tower 2 and within walking distance of Panama City Beach, where you can take a lovely stroll on the pristine sands all the way up to the M.B. Miller County Pier and get an up close and personal view of the shimmering waters below. You'll be just a short drive away from Pier Park where you can go on a shopping spree throughout this incredibly colorful and elaborate shopping center. Finish off the day with an exquisite dine-in restaurant by the ocean. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and shops are within a walking distance.



Afterward, head back to your home away from home and enjoy the home's upscale amenities, modern appliances, and charming decor. Take notice of the living area, furnished with comfortable couches and a smart TV for you to stream all your favorite movies/TV shows late at night. Step out onto your own private balcony and gaze out into the big blue as you play with a deck of cards around the table with some good drinks and even better company. Great Stay

This was a nice property and clean. I would suggest having extra blankets as at times we got cool and needed another one. I loved all the extra towel racks and hanging hooks and all the extra towel. I liked that it was dog-friendly and liked how welcomed they were with the dog. We would stay here again. Ann

Great property the two pools are great and im pretty sure they are heated because it was in the 60s and the water felt great. They dont offer beach towels, so plan accordingly. The apartment was so clean and very spacious, plenty of towels and the view from the valcony, wow. You can watch the sunrise from the couch! The kitchen has everything you may need. Overall 10/10. Loved our stay.

Refrigerator did not work

On the first night, we noticed the refrigerator and the beverages were not cold. I called the management company and they said they would have somebody call me or come out the next morning never heard anything so I called the company again and they said they were trying to get somebody out but because it was the weekend they couldn’t guarantee it and they would refund me $25 a day. That refrigerator was not working properly and now I’ve been home a week from my stay, and still no refund.

Second stay in this room

We stayed in this room 6 months ago and completely loved it. The location is perfect, and the room gives a good view of the strip and the ocean. The furniture is like new as I stated in previous review. Ok, now for the things that bugged me but first of all I will stay in this room again, so this is meant only as constructive criticism. The coffee maker takes 30min to make 8 cups. The first time the microwave was not clean(pasta splatters everywhere) this reminded me of my microwave at work. I sent a private review hoping for better this time. Well, this time I opened the silverware draw to find a spoon right on top with peanut butter on it. There were several other housekeeping issues such as large splatters on the mirror over the couch, handprints all over the sliding door, and spots on the bathroom floor however this could have been from someone walking on a freshly mopped floor. This is why I gave a 4star housekeeping rating. Lastly, I hate cheap mattresses with pillow top covers thrown on top. My fitted sheets kept coming loose.

Good Price However

VRBO listing, but Vacasa App managed. Vacasa App is quirky; once, on property check-in lady was not interested in delivering excellent guest service. However, the cleanliness of the exterior and lobby area was immaculate and fresh smelling. The Building Manager was a working machine. The elevators took a long time, even though our visit was off-season. The rest of the Property staff was friendly. Upon walking into the condo, the rugs were stained, and they didn't have a fresh, clean smell to the property. The Condo was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay. The restroom was clean, but again the tiny rugs were stained. I took a shower to go out for dinner, and after walking on the floors, my feet got dirty. The floors were not visibly soiled or felt dirty upon walking on them, but they were based on my clean, now dirty feet. So we went to the store to purchase a mop and a bucket and some cleaning items and soaps. We mopped all floors and hand-washed ALL but the main rug in the condo. They were filthy (owner/manager take note). We didn't mind so much, because the room rate was very reasonable. In the end, we had a great time overall, and we washed and cleaned everything we used. We left the condo cleaner upon departure and then on arrival.
