Built-in poolside posts are anchors for umbrellas and the provided volleyball net, which offers more fun in the sun. The large fenced yard also features a gas grill with an outdoor dining table - a lovely perch for poolside cookouts. Afterward, kick back and relax on the patio's covered seating. Other perks of this little oasis include an indoor/outdoor ping-pong table and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water.



Welcome to an Ideal Location! Only 300 steps to the intercostal private gated dock with fishing station, and 800 steps to the beach! 10 minute walk to restaurants including Juana Pagodas, AndyD's, and Florida's largest pier! This house also has the most beautiful large private pool in Navarre Beach barrier island for your personal enjoyment! BBQ while watching the kids play. Or swim up to the in-pool bar and have a seat!

Great pool!

We had a wonderful 4 days here. Enjoyed the pool and Navarre beach so much. This sweet home is dated and a bit beat up. It is begging for an upgrade. There were 10 of us sharing 2 sm bathrooms. However… fun was had by all! No regrets on this trip.

Would absolutely stay here again. Pool was amazing! Everything you could need for the beach!! It is just 800 easy steps to the beach. Everything you need for preparing meals. Clean. Being a rental there were some minor concerns, previous wear and tear... my only complaint and suggestion would be venting in mb upstairs, it is incredibly humid and stuffy. Lastly we were all able to do the steps but there are steps everywhere.

Neighborhood is amazing. We chose this house for the pool and the pool was fantastic. House’s living quarters are way too small for the amount of people allowed to stay. A dated home is fine with us, but this one needs some love. Cleanliness was not great either. The main floor bathroom had mold on ceiling and smells very unpleasant no matter what. Pool cleaner came on Friday and we weren’t able to swim for 24hrs. Glad we had one more day after that or that would have been horrible timing. Navarre itself and the village is wonderful!

Perfect location and awesome pool!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great trip! The location of the house was perfect with the bay and beach access was easy just across the street. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock in the bay. Communication was quick and easy with the management team. There were some issues with the house and furniture was a little run down but it didn’t bother us and we would definitely rent again. There was also plenty of room for our 12 guests and they had lots of pool and beach equipment to use! I would certainly recommend it!

Great location!

We had a great time and the location was perfect. We were able to walk across the street with easy access to the beach. There were several things that needed maintenance like the bicycles were not in working order, the refrigerator in the garage does not work and the refrigerator upstairs had a terrible order the entire time. The house was very roomy and there was plenty of room for our families.

This property owner really includes it all more toys than we could play with. Wonderfully fluffy towels and plenty of them. Comfy beds. And we spent much time on the decks enjoying the gulf breeze in this quite neighborhood. Just a short little walk right to the beach made it easy to come back for lunch then enjoy more beach time. Sunsets on the included inlet were gorgeous and relaxing.

Very nice, clean, loaded with all you need to enjoy a great beach vacation. Kids loved the boogie boards, sand toys and bikes. We all loved the pier. Saw dolphins, pelicans and Herrens. Quiet Getaway

My best friend and I stayed and brought our families. My kids are grown and his are toddlers. This property is nice because it feels less like a “weekly rental” and more like you’re a resident in this neighborhood. The beach is a little further walk than I wish, and quite busy due to the condos in the area, but the pool was great just to take the kids for a quick swim. The sound access was especially nice since the Gulf seemed pretty angry the week we stayed. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun time in Navarre

House was very pretty inside and perfect size for our family of 8. Loved the fenced yard. It was great for the dogs. We had an issue with ants downstairs in the room the boys stayed in and also in the upstairs bathroom. Some of the ceilings need to be repaired due to cracks and water stains. Front porch was so nice to sit and feel the breeze each day.

Wonderful stay

This house has everything you need to keep you busy. All of the beach and pool accessories you would need. No need to bring beach buggy, chairs or sand toys, all are provided. Along with floats for the pool. There are board games as well as an Xbox inside. All you need to bring are clothes and food! Three families with kids on this trip and everyone was pleased. We had no need to contact property manger.

The location is perfect, the pool is great, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Portable TV was a great touch, too. Overall, our stay was great.The issues we encountered were relatively minor, and the ones we reached out about were addressed pretty quickly. But we arrived at the house and the bistro lights had fallen off of the home and were laying on the ground. So hanging by the pool that 1st night lacked the ambience we were hoping for. This was fixed the next day.Also upon arrival, the pool was pretty dirty (including a dead frog & lizard). There's a sign inside the home that says the pool gets cleaned every Friday (we got there Thurs), so makes sense that the pool was kinda dirty. Nonetheless, we opted out of swimming that 1st night, and it was cleaned by the next morning.The grill was out of propane. Luckily we checked it before we were going to grill out and ran out to get it filled. They said I’d be reimbursed.Inside, we left a new box of donuts on the kitchen counter, only to find it covered in ants about an hour later. From then on we stored our food in the oven and/or microwave. No problems w/ ants after that.I hate that this review sounds so critical, bc we really did have a great time. But I wanted to be helpful to future renters. I feel like most of these issues could’ve been avoided had someone done a walk-through a few hours before we got there (esp considering the management company is literally a 3-minute walk from the property).

Fantastic property for a family.

This spacious property was perfect for our extended family of 7. The downstairs room was great for all the kids. The deck was nice to sit and drink coffee on in the morning. There was outdoor speakers downstairs by the grille controlled by the inside radio. There was board games and playing cards available for a family game night. The garage was stocked with bicycles, beach toys chairs and umbrellas. The only thing that would have been nice to have was a small toolkit as some of the bikes needed a little tuning for be operational. Also if there were trash bags and more than 1 kitchen hand towell. The cabinet door below the sink needs repaired as it doesn’t stay closed. These items are very minimal and didn’t hamper our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
