Die Wohnung war sauber und eine von 50 weiteren Wohneinheiten in dem Gebäude. Küche, Schlafzimmer und Balkon zum Garten hin sind sehr klein. Die Symmetrie des Bettes scheint sich verzogen zu haben, einmal krachte der Lattenrost durch den Rahmen. Die Fernsehprogramme waren ein heilloses Durcheinander von stillgelegten und belegten Sendeplätzen. Das ZDF fehlte gänzlich. Im offenen WLAN kann man sich anmelden, aber die Sendeleistung ist so schlecht, dass eine stabile Netzverbindung unmöglich war. Alles in allem eine Wohnung für einfache Ansprüche.
