View was nice from the balcony. Steps to the beach were minimal. Room had a heavy mold smell in master bedroom area and unclean toilet. Beds are not comfortable- especially hallway bunks. I do not advise having older kids, teens or adults sleep on the bunks. Also other people smoke weed or cigarettes from their balconies making it difficult to enjoy sitting outside on the balcony.

There was no tv remote for the bedroom and was unable to use the tv while in the room with our party. When I noticed I messaged the company they did nothing to accommodate getting one we could use. We had the room for 5 nights. The response I received when I stated there was no remote for the bedroom tv was for me to check and make sure the tv and box was plugged in and on and could use the buttons to make selections, which I could not.
