Great Vacation!!!!

This house is amazing. There were 13 in our group with 6 adults and kids from ages 4-11. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved the large bedrooms and baths. The beach community was great as was the pool. One of our best vacations!!!

The house was beautiful, clean, well appointed and perfect for a large family group. Wish it came with a golf cart as it was a bit of a walk to the pool for the oldest in our group.

The get away our family needed!

The renting process was easy and accurately shown online. Just an FYI, at check in we noticed the small handrail at the top of the stairs to the right was loose and slightly pulled away from the wall.

Son’s wedding weekend

We had a great five days in this very large, beautiful house celebrating my son’s wedding. The house has some maintenance issues but the management team communicated well and addressed the issues. The house is very nice and perfect for large groups.

Family vacation

House was gorgeous!!! More than enough room, such a homey feeling. Cleaning crew leaves a lot to be desired. Floors had spots that obviously had not been mopped and kitchen counters had cup rings on it that wiped right off. But the house itself is GREAT! We would definitely stay here again!

Even though it shows in pictures, room with 2 bunk beds was enjoyed by kids and young adults. The other room with a queen and a loft was also a hit. House was clean and appeared as it does in the pictures. Having several areas with TVs allowed different groups to hang out together.

We really enjoyed everything about this house. We can’t wait to stay again someday, it’s absolutely perfect for kids except for the stairs. They can be a hazard for little kids for sure but we just had to make sure to be watched at all times. Hopefully a gate can be included at some point but that really was our only issue. Great location.

Great house!

We had an amazing week at the beach. The house is beautiful and big and was such a treat to enjoy. It was a bit frustrating not to have a local contact for questions- only an 800 number to work with and vacasa’s emails were very hard to navigate to find the info needed. The house itself, however was great- walking distance to Beach and wonderful community swimming pool. Thanks for a great week, we’ll be back!

Very nice. Great layout of house. Great neighborhood. I would rent again. Super nice. There are a few recommendations I would like to make. Need some dish rags and more dish towels. Ice maker did not work well.

It was so easy, VASCO/VRBO really have it done there job well; everything was exactly as written & pictured. The communication, emails, and texts were clear, specific, and problem free. Windmark is safe, beautiful, family friendly, and everyone was very kind. The home was exceptional, stocked with everything we needed, and any questions we had were answered immediately. We tell people it’s a one stop shop and the only way to plan for a great vacation experience. Thank you for all you do!

Bird's Nest Port St. Joe

This is a large property with a great space for teens. You can ride approximately 10 miles in the area without having to go on the highway if you enjoy biking. Very close are two long rides on the peninsula and St. George Island. The pool area was great. Windward is a complex that hasn't grown like Seaside. The boardwalks to the beach are great, but in some disrepair. Also no shops on the premises. We were there with family and enjoyed the beach and pool. Also a few good restaurants in Port St. Joe, but we mainly cooked at the place.

Spacious home at the beach!

We loved the bedrooms and extra large living room couch where we could chill out with a movie after a day at the beach and pool. Pool was great, especially since we could swim in the Gulf due to a red tide. Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space for everyone. We didn’t see any beach chairs or umbrellas, etc. when we arrived but we called the property manager and they were able to provide us some. Some of the TVs didn’t work but we made due. Grill also didn’t work when we tried to use it and we ended up having to cook our seafood in the oven- just a little inconvenient in the moment. Overall, it’s a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay!
