Great location on the resort property, right between the pool and the beach. Views from the balcony were wonderful! Nice size kitchen and master bathroom. We also enjoyed the sitting area at night watching Netflix. I think a new dishwasher might be needed-we had to call maintenance to get it to work the first time, and a lot of the dishes and silverware in cabinets were not clean. But overall it was a great stay!!

The condo is in a great location and has a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was clean for the most part. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned to my liking. There were strands of hair in the tub which gave me the impression it hadn’t been cleaned or wasn’t cleaned well.

Our girls trip was so easy and relaxing at this property. The entire unit was spotless. The perfect location. Ocean views. Steps away from the beach. Outdoor locker with beach chairs and equipment for Littles (if you bring them). Family friendly. If you’re looking to purchase/rent a beach umbrella and chairs, it’s available onsite as well. The host was swift to reply to our questions and relayed information for check in/out efficiently.

Family Vacation

Really great condo! Easy check in, stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for my husband and 3 kids (5 years, 3 years, and 8 months). You cannot beat the location and just steps from the beach! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Gret condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was walking distance to the beach. The oceanview from the balcony was spectacular. Beds were comfortable. Pool was very nice. It would’ve been nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided. A cleaner patio would be nice as well. A few of the outlets and lamps did not work. However, we would rent this place again.

Beautiful property. Easy and quick access to the beach. Lovely pool. I wish our unit had a beach chair option on the beach. Those guys kept a line of chairs that blocked the average folks from access to the water and that was disappointing

Great location that is right on the beach. Parking was also great, as we never had a problem finding a place to park close to our condo. The condo itself was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed to do what cooking we did while we were there when we weren’t out dining at all the amazing places that Destin has to offer. The beach wasn’t overly crowded either and there was a volleyball net on the beach that we took advantage of and had a blast! The owner's has a storage unit that has some beach supplies you can use that is nice. We bought four beach chairs and a volleyball while here and couldn’t fly them back with us, so we donated them to the storage room for future guest to use. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to come stay!

Condo was very nice - enjoyed location to the beach. We did have trouble with the TV but that was fixed. Also couldn’t figure out how to get the key at so it stayed in the box. Using the code was easier anyways.

Short Stay Destin

The location of the unit was great. It has a good view of the Gulf. The couch needs to be replaced. It squeeks when you sit on it. The bathrooms leave must to be desired. The shower curtain in the small bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been replaced in some time.
