Not that hungry? Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores!



Sterling Shores is just off Highway 98 and a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. If you're looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers. Looking to hit the Links? THINGS TO KNOW


Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026.

Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Lovely stay

We very much enjoyed our time at this condo. Everything as described. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio, the wade in kiddie pool for our 2 year old, and of course the beach. Walking distance to The Back Porch restaurant and a cute little candy and ice cream shop.
