The Space:

Gather together at the Gulf at this beachside getaway where you can spend your days out on the sand or right on-site in the sparkling pool and soothing hot tub, on the tennis and pickleball courts, or in the fitness room. This property also sits within a few miles of several local attractions including Camp Helen State Park, Point Washington State Forest, and Gulf Place Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.



The condo itself offers a stylish, sea foam-hued interior with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV for evening channel surfing. Step out onto your furnished and covered balcony to take in the view while you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail.



Additional features and amenities include seasonal, complimentary adult bicycles for exploring the area at your leisure and a private, in-unit washer/dryer, and pickleball and tennis courts.

Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.

The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.

A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.



You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Everything about the property and the condo was as advertised. It was strange in that with the construction going on, the complex was essentially vacant except for just a few people. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the accommodations and the peace and quiet. Loved the spacious balcony and the comfortable bed. Communication was excellent.
