Great place! We had a last minute change with a hurricane coming and switched to a different coast. Easy to book and close to the beach. Great value and would definitely return. The kids loved the loft area.

Unclean. There were stains on the pillows and rugs. The “clean” kitchen utensils had food on them. There was sand in some of the cabinets. The fans had loads of dust in them but they were necessary because you couldn’t turn the ac below 74… Dealing with the host was less than unpleasurable. The check-in instructions are WILDLY unclear. And the host does not seem to know how the lock actually works either. So what we found worked for us… in order for the door to be locked when you leave the room, the deadbolt needs to be VERTICAL which you turn from the inside before you leave. And every time you come back inside you type in the code.Bunk beds NOT SAFE for kids. The bunk is painted 2x4s, 1x4s, and 1x1s haphazardly drilled together. The supports are loose enough to be able to slip n’ slide on the floor so it’s a miracle it held us up. Don’t plan on cooking because the oven smokes. We contacted the host on the first night that the oven was smoking when we tried to preheat it, so bad that it set off the fire alarm. We were told someone would be by to look at it the next morning. Crickets. No communication that our oven was fixed or when they would be by. Never heard back..Absolute nightmare of a property. Do recommend to stay away.

Overall it was a nice place to stay and check in was very simple and easy. I only gave 4 stars because the drain in the tub/shower was very slow so there was standing water while we showered. Not a big deal though and we didn’t say anything to the property manager so they may have come and fixed it but we only ended up staying one night because we needed to return home. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had all the basics and the sitting area outside the door was a nice place to see the sunrise/sunset. VERY short walk to the beach!
