Surround yourself with Florida sunshine at this light-filled condo in the Dunes of Seagrove, where you'll be treated to easy beach access and wonderful on-site amenities including tennis courts, pickleball courts, a sauna, and a fitness center. Spend your days swimming in the outdoor pool, enjoying seasonal beach service on the white sand a few steps away, and watching gorgeous sunsets from the comfort of your private balcony.



The Dunes of Seagrove is beautifully located south of Scenic Highway 30A, just up from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. When you're not swimming, sunbathing, or collecting seashells, you can take lovely drives or bike rides on 30A. The center of Seagrove Beach is three miles west and the charming community of Alys Beach is four miles east.

Happy to be close to beach

Very happy with location. Easy & quick walk to beach with 3 kids. Nice balcony to sit on, eat, a see ocean Clean, comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect Spot

This unit was very convenient and close to every entertainment in the area. Spacious and neat and great view. The towels in the unit need to be replaced but other than that we will be back!

Short trip

Great location and property. The only reason this property was not five stars is due to the shower floors and the icemaker tasting like someone cleaned it with fabuloso. Both issues can be resolved very easily. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place but needs bathroom updates

This a very nice place, but the bathrooms need updating. The WiFi didn’t work not did the cable during our stay. Dryer take 3 runs to dry the towels at the unit as well. Also note passcodes for facilities change frequently. Other than a few updates it’s a beautiful place and we had a great time.

Great vacation spot

We’ve stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove two years in a row now and it’s such a great spot. Pool is nice and seems to always be pretty quiet and just generally chill. The beach is obviously fantastic. This unit is really nice! The bath tub wasn’t functional which was a bummer since we have a 9 month old. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Mildew in the showers is not cool. It’s also clear they don’t move furniture when they vacuum because we found stuff under the coffee table when we bumped into it and moved it a little.
