During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we undertake these necessary improvements.



This condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen, private bathrooms in each bedroom, washer/dryer, and peeks of the Gulf of Mexico from the large balcony. An additional bunk space is ideal for kids. Work up a sweat at the on-site pickleball courts before a sun-filled day.



Restaurants include Seagrove Village Market, Surfing Deer, Cowgirl Kitchen, Pickle’s Burger and Shake and Bud & Alley’s. Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.

Beachfront condo

Family of 4 with 2 young kids had a great time at this beachfront condo. Great size and accommodations, easy access to beach daily with chairs and parking included. Used the fitness center and pool/hot tub. Very easy and the beach is the best part, so beautiful.

Nice stay

The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. Easy beach access, and the pools were nice. The balcony was great for dinning. The wristbands to get access were a pain because they fall off your hand easily and you have to pay a penalty for losing them. They need a better system.

Dunes of Seagrove is our new favorite spot on 30A! This unit has a great view of the east side of the beach and is very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and beach access. Highly recommend!

Great location, hassle free rental

Our group of four enjoyed this rental’s proximity to the beach and I loved the hassle free rental process from start to finish. Although the rental lacked in-room amenities I’m used to having at other rentals (basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper; extra blankets; books, games, and puzzles), the complex does provide a community bin of beach toys and gear, and the double pools and hot tub kept the kids entertained when they had enough of the sand and turf. The staff were friendly when I called a few times and they always responded to my email questions.

Couch smelled old and musty. No extra blankets to use for cuddles on couch. No extra bed pillows. Chairs in den out dated and couch in master old. Needs updated furniture. And 3 tv remotes to attempt to use is a nightmare. Outside hallways wet from humidity. A fall waiting to happen. Bull dog roaming around from door to door. Only good thing was space, free bikes and close to the beach. Pools nice too.

Perfect for family vacation!

The condo was bigger than I expected. Perfect for a family vacation. The kids had fun riding bikes and being right on the beach. Very impressed.
