• Your Friend at the Beach connection is a local owner partner and is there for your assistance including a free app “YFAB” to give you all the condo details plus what is going on in our fun 30A area.
• Spacious living area with flat screen TV with DVD -- large selection of books, games and DVD's.
• Well-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops for those special family meals.
• Master bedroom with KING size bed, updated bathroom, mirrored jetted tub. High thread count, 100% cotton sheets and fluffy towels. Separate shower. New Flat screen TV with DVD. A perfect honeymoon or anniversary retreat!
• Second bedroom with KING size bed, private bathroom, combination tub/shower. Flat screen TV with DVD.
• Third bedroom with bunk bed - FULL size bed on the bottom plus twin bed on the top and a bonus trundle bed. Adjoining bathroom. Flat screen TV. A KIDS RETREAT! All new flooring in all of the bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
