San Remo is an intimate four story gated resort condominium in Santa Rosa Beach just minutes away from Destin, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This beautiful professionally decorated condo sleeps 7 people with a king bed in the master, king bed in second bedroom and a bunk bed with a double on the lower bunk in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Relax on the extra large balcony overlooking the gulf, dunes, pool, spa, and pond with fountain. Arrive to find 100% cotton sheets and towels plus soaps, hair dryer and paper goods in the bathrooms. Free WiFi in condo.
Twenty miles of bike trails along 30A, just minutes to Gulf Place..
Large gulf side pool, large separate hot tub, private pond with fountain, and fully equipped exercise facility overlooking the pool. San Remo also has a large poolside community room with a full kitchen available to rent for meetings, reunions, and small wedding receptions.
Located on Scenic Highway 30-A, San Remo is within walking distance to a number of wonderful restaurants: Local Catch, Goatfeathers, Basmati's, Cafe Tango and a short drive to numerous other eating establishments, both family oriented and fine dining. Want to leave the peace and quiet of 30-A? Just 15 minutes away is the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin which offers quaint shops, numerous restaurants, nightclubs, live open air concerts, and great people watching. Just 10 minutes away from the condo is Grand Boulevard, with a wonderful array of dining choices-Cantina Laredo, Tommy Bahamas Tropical Cafe, and Flemings Steak House located just east of Sandestin.
If shopping is your thing, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the shops at Grand Boulevard are just down the road. Will golf be part of your vacation? There are 4 courses at Sandestin are only 15 minutes away. Bike along Scenic 30A's 20 mile long bike path.Whether it's a visit to the Gulfarium, Big Kahuna Water Park, fishing, golfing, or a leisurely dolphin cruise, San Remo will make a great base for your vacation adventure.

For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.

March 2023 Stay

Our family came for Spring Break and loved every minute of our stay in San Remo #202. The view is jaw dropping. We spent lots of time bouncing back and forth from beach to pool. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The balcony is a perfect place to soak in the view and have a meal. YFAB is amazing to work with and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Nice and safe location!

We loved our condo and hope to stay there again! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would have liked cleaning supplies to use throughout the week besides a broom and mop. We had an issue with the beach chair rental attendent but live and learn.

needed a vacation

This was a fabulous condo. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we really enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony. The pool area is so large and well maintained. We love San Remo, this is our second year here and Nancy and Larry have been wonderful to work with.We thoroughly enjoy the laid back atmosphere of the Santa Rosa area - great restaurants minus the traffic jams of the Destin area. I hope we can return next year with the whole family!!!!

I highly recommend both the property and property manager for a laid back stay on 30a. Being beachfront and having a wonderful pool is what we want on vacation. The views from our unit were ideal. I highly recommend Cafe 30a in Seagrove for a memorable meal (make a reservation!) and we loved ordering in from Grace Pizza in Grayton.
