The Space:

Imagine one of the area's most luxurious beachfront condos with every amenity desired, plus three beautiful blue swimming pools, waterfall, and a lazy river. These beautiful U-shaped buildings surround a dramatic split-level courtyard that is the setting for great family fun with two hot tubs, barbecue grills, trellis-covered tables, children's playground and a handicapped accessible boardwalk leading to 490 feet of pristine beach. Each unit at Waterscape is angled to maximize the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows. With its great location, varied amenities, and fun water features, Waterscape is unrivaled on the Emerald Coast in setting the scene for family fun.

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great place to be for all ages. With a lazy river, pools, & beach all in walking distance. You can cook on the grill or purchase from the food shack. Friendly atmosphere.

Family vacation

We had a great time! Lots to do for families! We absolutely loved the lazy river! The room cleanliness was not what I was hoping for and I had to do some extra cleaning when we checked in. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Location was great of course, I have stayed at numerous units in this building. This was by far the worst. When we pulled the couch bed out it was totally disgusting, dirty, and nasty. Also very poor quality and broken

Complete paradise

To make a long story short. This place is absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed the room, balcony, pools, the beach and fudpuckers (pool side cafe). Everyone we ran into was friendly. Our room was amazingly clean and check in was an absolute breeze. The communication the week of trip was also amazing and easy. I highly recommend. I cant stop looking at my pictures of the wonderful time my family had. This is an absolute must stay. Local restaurants, shopping and mini gold within walking distance was a complete bonus. Love love love this place. We will be back.

Loved this resort and have a very nice stay here

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The resort has a very nice pool area. It’s not a terrible walk to the beach. The rooms are super quiet. I really enjoyed staying on the “A”side of the building because there is an interior air conditioned hallway to those rooms. Also, the balcony on this side is In the shade in the mornings. There is a box fan in the unit, which is nice to use for sound at night. The rental comes with an umbrella and two chairs from one of those companies that sets them up in the mornings. You just go out to the beach and there is a custodian at the beach access and you tell them your room number and they let you pick of those available that have not been reserved. There are some hangers, but you may want to bring more if you plan on hanging up a lot. The kitchen only had two trash bags so you may want to bring more. The comforter is pretty thin so if you think you might get cold at night, you might want to bring an extra blanket or two. Just outside the unit in the hallway, by your door, there is a decently sized area where you can leave your beach wagon and chairs etc without worrying about them being messed with. Many of the other people staying there did the same thing. There were a couple of minor issues, like a squeaky front door, the tub not draining great, A TV remote that was worn out, and the couch pushes you to the middle just a little bit. Nothing however, would keep us from renting this unit again. I would highly recommend it.
