The Space:
this home has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Waterscape's B505 is stylishly decorated with tropical blues, greens, and browns and has many amenities to offer. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass top table with bistro style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player, and there are new mattresses on the bunks and in both bedrooms. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Beach getaway
We loved the location! Felt safe and secure. Resort was out out of water for the majority of one day and our unit had an A/C leak in our unit that we had to stay up to fix because no one was available. We really enjoyed the Ft. Walton area. Other than our AC and washer (needs replaced) we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and Very Nice Unit
Our visit was late November. The unit has access to a gorgeous beach, easy access to restaurants & activities and has a great pool and other amenities. The weather wasn't great but we still enjoyed out stay. Our only negative (which may be since this was our first VRBO) was a mish-mash of cooking utensils and pans. At least 1 non-stick pan would have been nice.

Awesome condo! Beautifully decorated, very clean, pool & beach were amazing!
This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn’t be happier. We are a family of 4 and loved having the extra space. My daughter loved the little room with the bunk beds, my son loved the room with the queen bed & my husband & I enjoyed the master! Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was also amazing! The true VIP of the trip though was the washing machine! We never had to rewear wet/sandy suits or hang towels on the patio to dry! All clothes have been cleaned & I’m headed home with very little laundry to do when I get there!! There was also a closet with 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & boogie board which we used daily (the condo rental came with 2 chairs & an umbrella set up on the beach but we preferred more space & chose to walk a little further down the beach). We saw dolphins daily, jelly fish in the evenings, found several shark teeth & even some sand dollars at a public beach just down the road. We’ll definitely be back & hope to stay in this condo again!!
