This stunning vacation rental has been renovated with all new flooring, granite, new appliances, updated bathroom counters, mattresses, and furniture. Experience ultimate serenity in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while the gorgeous panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico will wash all your worries away.



Upon entering this lovely third-floor condo, you will feel immediately at home with the warm, updated décor and welcoming atmosphere. The primary suite features an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub. The guest bedroom and a second suite are located near the entrance, and both include a TV for endless entertainment, along with a private bathroom. Enjoy a private north balcony attached to the second suite as well, boasting spectacular views of Old River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Perdido Key.



There is also an in-home washer/dryer, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. Two ice makers are in the fridge, perfect for keeping your drinks cold on the beach. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

The entire condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! It was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay! We love Perdido Key and the Orange Beach area! You couldn’t beat the view and the easy walk down to the beach! Great last minute trip to the beach…awesome seafood and wonderful memories!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay. This is one of the most beautiful stays we have had. The condo looks just like the pictures and is fully stocked with nice items in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and pleanty of showers to get cleaned off coming back. I think we spent most of our time on the balcony. Very comfortable beds as well! This more then met our expectations.

Absolutely loved this condo. Close to food and groceries, kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook and eat in, balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening meals. Walk to the beach was so short!! Perfect space for my family of 5. Only suggestion would be black-out curtains in the master because the morning sun did have me up early every day - not a huge issue when I had that view to wake up to though.

Was a wonderful stay! Beautiful room! The mattresses could use a rotate but were comfy! We were a little disappointed that the property company we went through would not give much of a discount for am extra day when no one was booked so we left, but other than that it was nice! Great view very clean! And you can order instacart for your groceries!

Best beach condo we’ve ever stayed in

Amazing condo. These people could write a book on how to stock and design and decorate a beach condo. One of the best things was the sectional in the living room so everyone had a comfortable place to sit. Can’t tell you how many condo owners and even resorts place uncomfortable furniture with very little seating in those living areas. Perdido Key was also away from the busy crowds in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Definitely will come back.

Beautiful condo!

This is a spacious, lovely unit but our one complaint is the poor quality, stained, well-worn towels/bath cloths. Oh and oven mits were old and thin. This is a great unit but it’s such a shame that the bathrooms were so poorly stocked. Otherwise, we had a fantastic vacation here.

Beautiful condo!

Very much like the pictures show and super easy check-in/check out process. I would have to mention that there is construction/cleaning of the condos next door and we were awakened every morning at 6:30 by trucks beeping and construction noises. I feel like this should have been mentioned as the construction has been going on for weeks and we would have considered staying elsewhere as we were looking forward to sleeping in on our vacation.

Spacious family condo with beautiful views!

This condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Someone before us unfortunately took the hairdryer but the front desk staff was quick to help and gave us a hair dryer for the week. The only down side was that the other king size mattress (the non master bedroom) needs to be replaced. It has some sinking in the middle with two people in the bed and ended up giving us back problems by the end of the week. If that mattress can be replaced by a more comfortable one then this condo would be absolutely perfect and we would love to come back!

"Palacio 0301 is the BEST"

From the moment we arrived, things went smoothly...close parking, easy remote check-in, keyless entry, and an updated, beautiful, and clean condo waiting for us. The view from the 3rd floor is amazing, and the owners have unit stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this property. The ONLY complaint I have comes from the entrance to the building NOT the condo itself. The automatic door did not function properly the majority of our visit. It was very difficult to push back manually, and a pain when you had arms full shopping bags, take outs, and sports gear.

ZERO complaints!

This condo was amazing!! Me (28 yo, female) my 2 best friends, our husbands and their 2 babies (2 & 3) had an amazing 5 night stay here! I will say on arrival I was a little nervous because the building is a little old, the elevator is kinda plain and the female elevator monitor was EXTREMELY rude to my husband. However once we were in the condo we were in heaven!! This place was so so so so clean!!! Due to COVID my friend has extremely high standards for germs and even she was impressed!!! We had so much room to spread out here and not feel cramped or like we were ever on top of each other, even with all the extra “stuff” we needed for the beach! This condo comes with everything you need from good knives to a crock pot to extra linens. Can’t wait to visit this amazing place again!!
