The Space:

Waterscape's A511. This colorful unit is adorned with stylish furnishings and beautiful artwork. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating for four people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a comfortable chaise lounge chair, queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Love this place!

We come here every year, and we always have a great time! It's convenient to Destin and most of Fort Walton, so there are tons of restaurants and things to do nearby.

This was our first time at waterscape and my family enjoyed it ! It was every clean and lots of fun stuff to do as a family! Parking garage was a plus. The staff was great. Called us daily to make sure we are enjoying ourself . My family would surely come back.

No on-site restaurant. I wasn’t expecting to see a “gentlemen s club” right as you exit the parking lot of a family oriented resort. The room was pretty nice although dated. Overall it was a good value and plenty spacious.

Our family really enjoyed our week at Waterscape. The complex is great! The pools are super nice and it was nice to have choices of the various pools, everything is always very clean, the snack bar is convenient, beach service and their staff were very friendly. There are many units and lots of families there when we were staying, but we never felt crowded. We hope to come back next year!

We had a great time. Resort is really great. The beach and pool are wonderful and condo A511 was just what we needed. I would have rather had a front facing balcony, the side noise from other unit kept us from hearing ocean. The workout room needs more treadmills. They were taken regularly.

The property is amazing. They have plenty of amenities including a gym. The condo is spacious , clean, and beautifully decorated. The only issue was the property manager didn't give us the parking garage code. They left it on a piece onf paper inside the condo versus emailing it with the instructions.

Good condo; only issues I see: Too many umbrellas/close together on beach. Not enough signs in hallways,telling you where elevators are, closeness of beach access on each floor/hallway. Not enough signs in parking garage,for access to elevators. Especially for elderly people/unloading/loading.

Great Property

Had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Pros: Plenty of space for everyone. Property looks just like the listing pictures. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Very quiet despite a lot of neighbors. Covered parking. Great balcony. Cons: Tricky to figure out property at first. Showers didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. Toaster didn’t work. Dresser handles were broken. Oven was tricky to operate.

Loved Waterscapes, but don’t stay in this particular condo

The mattresses had massive brown stains and all of the beds were uncomfortable. Drawers were filthy and some had broken handles. Toaster, ice machine, and clocks didn’t work. It also takes a LONG time to get to the condo from the parking deck, so be prepared. The complex itself is massive and great for families. Easy beach access, heated pool, lazy river, convenient location between Ft. Walton and Destin, the list goes on! However, multiple elevators and grills weren’t working during our stay and I’m not sure if that’s typical. BRING TOILET PAPER! If you have more than 2 adults and stay more than a couple nights, be sure to buy toilet paper beforehand because they only give you 1 small roll per bathroom and will not give you another to tide you over until you can run to the store.
