On-site, you and your guests will have access to a host of deluxe, resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic fitness center, a game room, a media center, and an on-site restaurant.



And if you want to get out and explore, Tidewater Beach Resort is just a half-mile from the fabulous Pier Park shopping and entertainment center boasting a mix of dining, retail, and exciting event opportunities.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

All guests must register for parking passes and wristbands online 24 hours or more prior to check-in. Please note that a resort fee of $33 per booking is payable upon registration (price subject to change). If registration is not completed more than 24 hours before arrival, guests will pay an extra $10 late fee (price subject to change).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
