In the afternoon, sizzle recipes on the shared gas grills and enjoy a cookout with your crew. You're within easy walking distance of the pier, plus dining and shopping options, while nearby attractions like Ripley's Believe It Or Not! and Zooworld Zoological Park are a short drive away.



Beautiful Gulf views await from the balcony of your 18th-floor condo. Take in the coastal breeze while you stretch out with a favorite read or sip beverages at the table. Adorned with beach-inspired decor, the living area boasts cozy seating and a TV. Channel your inner chef in the kitchen, then share meals between the kitchen bar and the dining table.

THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 18 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Everything on the website is totally accurate. The room was so nice, clean and really comfortable with all of the room. The views from the balcony and even in the bed are spectacular. Everything was so easy to do there, we felt like they’ve know we were coming and anticipated our arrival. The guys on the beach that handled the chairs were awesome! Rylan and Robbie are just so accommodating and made it the was beach trip. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Unexpected entrance

Over-all Cute condo.Positive: quiet on the 18th floor. Easy parking access. Plenty of towels. Negatives: Not the cleanest- goldfish snacks under the sink, mold all in the shower, stains on the pillows, pullout couch-bed was stained. At 8:15-8:30 in the morning on checkout day the cleaning crew punched in the door code and came on in without knocking, scared the children. Only two elevators and one was broken one day. More blankets would be nice!Be mindful: parking deck is only 7ft tall, so if you carry luggage on top- measure!
