Condo was spacious and accomodating for adults and teens. tubs and floors did need a bit more cleaning but we did it ourselves. Ocean view was great from patio. Patio furniture was in good shape except the coffee table top was not secure, came off and hit kids foot. no major injury but soar and bruised
