The Space:

Welcome to Lani Kai 127! This cozy two-bedroom condo sits right across the street from Alabama's sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features updated furnishings, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Enjoy making a home-cooked meal in the condo's full kitchen with plenty of seating for dining with the family. Whether you are enjoying the AC inside or relaxing by the complex's shared pool you are sure to find a little 'R&R' at this condo!



This condo is very centrally located and is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. It's only one mile and a half to Escape House Waterville and five miles to the famous Gulf State Park Pier. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is only two miles from your door. Do you and your friends enjoy the outdoors? Then head one-mile northeast to Wade Ward Nature Park and enjoy the beautiful natural wetlands and wildlife, including otters, pelicans, and sometimes alligators.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and had more than enough space, especially just for the two of us. Even though the property is not on the beach, it is just a short walk to the beach and is located right beside of a traffic light which makes crossing the roads extra easy.

Me and my sister stayed here for a concert at the wharf and it was perfect! Not a far Uber trip and was able to walk across to the beach the next morning. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

This was perfect for our getaway. The location was fantastic. Check in and check out we’re easy. One small maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. Property management was superb. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot!

We stayed in this condo for a week. The location is wonderful! Be prepared for stairs. All buildings are elevated. There are many activities in the area that kept my family busy. The sunsets on the beach are always a blessing and playing on the beach always creates memories. Returning from the beach to swim in the pool was one reason why we chose this place, two separate swim options. Highly recommend!

Great place. Beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy access to beach. Great pools. Quiet. Convenient to stores and entertainment. Lots of space for sleeping. Private balcony. Only problem was we were unable to extend our stay another night, but that was because someone else had it booked. Will definitely use this condo again.

Beautiful condo would stay again.

The condo was great and location is awesome. However standing outside for over an hour while tropical storm Cristobal was in full force was not. The door code giving was wrong and after an hour wait on hold we finally got in in. This would have totally be 5 stars, but the fact that my luggage and everything else got soaked made me a little mad.

We stayed at this condo the Sunday night of Hangout Fest. It is a great location, only 5 blocks from The Hangout! We arrived at 4 to very sandy floors, dirty dishes, and it was unclear if the sheets were washed so we washed them ourselves. The balcony door handle was also broken upon arrival. The property manager stopped by right as we got there and told us she had a feeling the cleaners didn’t do their job. We messaged the property owners through VRBO a few minutes after she left when we realized the extent of the uncleanliness, as that was our only option of contact and we never received a response. We understand the festival season is a busy time and things happen, but we are disappointed in the lack of contact and cleanliness.
