Was older unit but clean. We had problem with code when we got there to check it as it would not work.Called number for help & they gave us temp code to get it & use. Also no parking passed in room upon arrival & had to call 3 time before someone finally came to room & gave us parking passes. Ice maker didn't work real good either but we didn't report it.
