We understand that having to climb stairs is not ideal with a bad knee, and we will work with our team to better explain the stairs as well as the pool situation in the listing information. Unfortunately, we cannot control how many people are at the pool or the size of the pool, as that is an HOA issue, as well as the parking lot flooding. We will work with housekeeping to address the bathroom ceiling and keep an eye on the vent moving forward. We value your insights as they help us improve. Thank you for your review. My unit at Sunchase is just steps from the beach. There are blinds on all of the windows. I have found that draperies do no work well at the beach. They hold too much dust and cooking smells. I prefer blinds that can be dusted and cleaned.
