The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family meals.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, Smart TV, and direct access to the large private patio. The en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two queen beds, patio access, and a nearby bathroom with its own walk-in shower — ideal for families or couples traveling together.

Atrium Villas boast a prime Seabrook Island location next to the Seabrook Island Beach Club amenity center and only minutes from the white sands. There is an elevator in this complex for guest convenience. Pet Policy: this home allows ONE (1) small to medium sized dog with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. Pet fee is an additional 250.00 per week. No other animals permitted.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car pass fee is an additional 45.00 per car.
