Porto Colom is a charming, tranquil fishing village, known for its unique and large natural inland harbor, where you can still watch the fishermen mending their nets on the pier. Along the harbor promenade, you'll find many excellent restaurants and bars, all with fantastic harbor views. Several sandy coves are just a short drive away. Supermarkets, shops, boutiques, and a diving school are also nearby. The Vall D'Or Golf course is less than 5 km away, and the popular tourist resort of Cala D'Or, the picturesque fishing village of Porto Petro, and Felanitx with its vibrant Sunday market are all within a 5-10 minute drive.

Villa Can Marilla is a luxurious villa with 300 m² of living space spread over two levels. The house offers a welcoming, bright, and sophisticated ambiance. The rooms are generously proportioned and offer fantastic sea views. On the ground floor, you'll find the airy living/dining room, furnished with stylish, light-colored dining and living room furniture, satellite TV, and a DVD player. Large sliding glass doors lead to the long terrace with unobstructed views of the harbor. Adjacent to this is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop. A utility room is also located on this level. A shower room and a playroom for children, offering space for drawing, playing, and other activities, are also on the ground floor. A small double bedroom with an en-suite shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Two further double bedrooms share a full bathroom. The final double bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
