The size of the condo itself is fine. However, the building is very outdated, the elevator is on its last leg. Numerous light bulbs out in every room, fan doesn’t work in master bedroom. This is also barely what could be called an ocean view, it is a road view and very loud due to traffic. It is in the very front of the property so it is a hike to the beach if you have smaller children. The blue light shining outside of the front bedroom is so bright it’s like being in a nightclub. The curtains in the master bedroom are barely hanging up and missing many of the sliding parts so beware when opening and closing the curtains. I could go on and on.

We were told we couldn’t check in until 4 which is fine . We traveled 12 hours for them to tell us they were canceling our first night that I added on to our weeks vacation. Told us basically to figure it out . Terrible company and terrible customer service. We will never book through Avari again .

For the price we rented the hotel it was very inaccurate. Since the first day we got there, we messaged the host about the washer and dryer machine not working. In general the unit should be remodeled. It took them 4 days to come help with the situation. We ended up leaving about 1 day early since all of our clothes was wet.
