A sectional and four armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the stylish living area. In the evening, settle in to stream favorite shows on the 60” smart TV.

Great condo!

Condo was very clean and furnished with everything you needed. The amenities at the resort are great and we never really needed to leave. We brought the boat with us and had no problems with the boat slip or the parking. Would recommend this place to anyone!

A Wonderful Vacation

Caribe has everything a family needs to truly enjoy a vacation... several pools both Indoor and outdoor, a lazy river which was our favorite, game room, snack store. The ocean is just across the road.. This is the second time our family has vacationed there. We plan to go there again.

Beautiful Condo

This is a beautiful spacious condo. We really enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for us all. The pools at the condo are great! The check in was a little confusing as you had to go to another location to pick up Parking pass and room keys before checking in. There is a walk to the beach so not ideal for little ones but the trolley generally only took a few minutes to come pick us up daily. Overall a great week and property looked as advertised.

Fathers Day celebration

We lost our Daddy to covid last year so we planned a siblings trip to take our mom to the beach so we could all be together for Father's Day. We had ages 2 months to 80 and although we were in the middle of tropical storm Clarice, we still had a great time. Our condo was beautiful, spacious and perfect for us. The lazy river, indoor pool and hot tubs were a big hit with the whole family and there is a beautiful view of the beaches and the bay. There is easy beach access across the street and we also enjoyed eating at Cobalt. I give it a solid 10/10.

The condo was awesome. The customer service was lacking. Front desk personnel were rude and unhelpful. Our key cards were programmed for the wrong checkout day, so we were locked out of our room. When we arrived after receiving a text the room was ready, the room was dirty! After calling multiple times and asking for a supervisor I finally got answers. 4 hours later they showed to clean the room. Other then the construction outside the windows starting at 7:00 am. The rest of the stay was good!

Beach trip

Beautiful condo with perfect views of the gulf! We enjoyed the lazy river and easy access to activities. I would definitely stay here again, plenty of room and nice size kitchen. perfect location. My only minor complaint is the check in process, it is easy once you find the lockers to obtain your keys and passes, my apple maps just put me in the general direction but trying to locate the lockers was complicated but one of the nice agents was able to walk me to it. It is located behind Alvin's Island and Bellator realty for future reference. Also, please let housekeeping know that it is impossible to place a queen sheet set on a king bed...lol. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice condo great view

We enjoyed our stay & check in was so easy. As much as we enjoyed our stay I don’t feel time was taken to clean the condo properly before we got there. There were dishes in the dishwasher, one bathroom light constantly blinked and the condo floor was very dirty. Walking barefoot even just for a short time the bottom of our feet were black. I feel more time could’ve been spent on cleaning between rental dates.

The condominium was just as advertised, beds were comfy, lots of room for our 2 families to spread out, the kitchen sink leaked and had apparently leaked for some time? There was a bucket under sink to collect water, the ice maker in the wet bar did not work.

Great family vacation

VERY spacious, comfortable unit with great kitchen with plenty of storage/dishes and lots of room for a family (even had a rollaway bed available). Amazing view of Gulf, Perdido Bay and lazy river/pool deck. On-site amenities are excellent; walking distance to beach and marina with plenty of dolphin sightings. Unit was clean with exception of floors but that is typical for beach condos. Cobalt on-site is great for happy hour, but no takeaway after 4p. Master shower heavenly…once you figure out how to use it :). Kids loved the slides and multiple pool options; onsite pool “deli/bar” is not open during off season. Location of resort is a little secluded, but just a small drive over bridge to restaurants/stores. Don’t forget your beach towels!!

Easy process overall

We've been going to the caribe for years. I do find that it's starting to need some repairs, but overall it's still a nice place to stay. The pools and location are what keep us coming back. Our unit was comfortable with the exception of our dryer not working. They were unable to repair but did give us a small reimbursement for the inconvenience. The check in process was a bit confusing because in one email I was told key cards would be under the mat and another email told me that I would be told a code day of. Check out was easy. I just had to click a link in a text and we were done.

There is so much to do here, the view is fantastic, and the parking is very convenient. It was a little tricky finding the lockers for getting the keys to the room, but if I had followed the directions exactly it would have been a breeze, lol. I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend this to anyone. The kitchen is super spacious. The appliances were in good shape. There is a super convenient ice maker at the wet bar. There were games to play in the closet. The list goes on.
