This waterfront home features a spacious living area and amazing views from the large deck. The spacious living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for delicious family meals, including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. On the Gulf-side porch, you'll enjoy the view from comfortable rocking chairs, while on the Sound side, there are Adirondack chairs and a Hot Tub, perfect for watching the gorgeous sunsets here in the 'Sunset Capital of Alabama.' Steps lead from the porch right down to your own private beach area perfect for swimming, fishing, sunning, or relaxing.

Stayed a week for family vacation. The interior was nice and roomy. It was not clean. We kept finding old m&ms everywhere throughout our stay. There were small inconveniences like TVs not working, and the dryer door handle being broken off so we had to use a knife to open the door… things like that. There were also bigger problems like sinks draining slowly, toilets having to be plunged, parades of ants in the cabinets. The place itself is waterfront, but it is not good for swimming or walking really as it had glass and garbage. A literal trash bin was at the shore. You must drive to access public beach and parking is 10/car.The perks: the hot tub was nice. The public beach was not busy and the water was perfect for swimming! The seafood pick-up place close by was amazing! It gave this place another star honestly.
