The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three beautifully appointed double bedrooms (king size beds) :
• 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed and private en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower)
• 2 first-floor bedrooms, each with double bed, private en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) and direct access to the panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture.
All bedrooms feature Smart TVs, air conditioning and calming natural décor, ensuring privacy and hotel-style comfort for every guest.
Additionally, there is a fourth family bathroom with walk-in shower on the ground floor offering extra comfort for every guest in the house.

Indoor Living
The bright open-plan ground floor offers a stylish living room with comfortable seating, Smart TV with satellite and streaming channels, and direct access to the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, cookware and utensils, along with an indoor dining table seating up to 8 guests — ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

Outdoor Features
The outdoor area is fully private and fenced, offering complete exclusivity.
At its heart lies the 40sqm private swimming pool (1.5m depth) with an integrated kids’ pool, perfect for both relaxation and family fun. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and umbrellas, all set against unobstructed panoramic views of Cretan Mountain.

Exterior security cameras on property
